🤔 Why do I have to pre-purchase an item?
Pre-order with us and you’re first in line when stock lands.
Unless the universe decides to get creative (manufacturing issues, shortages, Godzilla attacking Tokyo, Aliens invading New York, etc.), your item is locked in. We ship it the same day it arrives—unless the publisher or manufacturer sets a strict release date.
💳 Do you require a prepayment for a pre-purchase item?
Yes. Pre-orders are charged upfront (unless stated otherwise) to secure your item.
For selected products, we may only require up to a 30% deposit.
Why? Because once we commit stock to you, it’s locked in—and cancellations don’t magically undo that on our end.
We do offer flexibility though:
- 📆 Monthly installments are available for the majority of the items
- 🧠 We try to make things easier, not harder for you (and for us)
And yes… Kotsios sleeps better at night when orders don’t randomly disappear. Everyone wins.
📉 What if the price changes?
Our pre-order promise is simple:
- ⬇️ If the price drops → you get the difference refunded
- ⬆️ If the price goes up → you pay nothing extra
No funny business.
📦 What if I order multiple items, both in stock and pre-purchase?
We split them into separate shipments.
Each item ships as soon as it’s ready.
Shipping fees (if any) are applied per shipment.
📅 Can I group pre-orders by release date?
Yes-but! Keep this in mind:
Release dates are estimates, not promises.
Everything depends on the publisher/manufacturer, and delays do happen.
📊 Are the availability dates accurate?
They’re the best estimates provided by publishers/manufacturers.
But reality check:

⏳ What if I placed a combined order and one of the items is delayed?

📉 What if you are short-shipped and do not receive all of your products from the publisher/manufacturer?
Sometimes manufacturers allocate stock globally and we receive less than expected.

❌ What if I want to cancel a pre-order from your site?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a pre-order. A pre-order locks you in and guarantees your shipment. Please do not proceed with any orders unless you are 100% sure that you want the item.
⚠️ What if I still want to cancel my pre-order?
We get it-things change.

- 💸 If the order is older than 14 days old → 30% cancellation fee applies on the order’s price.

📦 Return Condition
Returned product(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in saleable condition.
We reserve the right to limit returns to unopened or defective products.
Defective product(s) will be replaced with a like item, upon return.
🛠️ Faulty Items & Warranty
Terms and conditions of manufacturer’s warranty apply to defective video games systems and computer hardware after 30 days.
Non faulty goods or incorrect items must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
Faulty software or pre owned hardware can be returned up to 3 months after the date on which it was dispatched.
Faulty new hardware can be returned for a like-for-like exchange up to 12 months after the date on which it was dispatched.

- Any product(s) returned more than 30 days from the date on the packing slip.
- Any product(s) that has been opened or taken out of its plastic wrap.
- Any product(s) not in its original condition.
- Any product(s) that is damaged, played, or missing parts.

- Any product part of an offer/promotion returned to us will result in the other items being charged at full price.
💻 PC Games & Requirements
Customers are advised to check the specifications of their PC prior to the purchase of PC games.
We cannot exchange or refund non faulty PC games.
If your PC does not meet the requirements of a PC game, the game is not deemed faulty.

We advise all customers experiencing hardware issues to contact the manufacturer in the first instance.
The majority of issues can be resolved over the phone through troubleshooting with customer care lines.
🏷️ Promotional Discounts & Returns
If you return an order placed using a promotional code, discount or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or offer.
These discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
Any products that are part of this offer will then be charged at full price as a result.
📮 Proof of Posting
If you return any product to us, please obtain a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office.

💸 Postage Costs
If the reason for your return is due to an error on our part with your order or a faulty product, we will refund your postage costs.
If your return was not authorized by our Customer Service Team before you sent your return back, we are not responsible for refunding your postage costs.
Any faulty product not deemed faulty once tested will be charged the return postage cost to send this product back to you.
